We track and make sense of developments as they happen, or often before the event. This ability to dynamically assess the security situation is the result of hard-won experience and the depth of our working relationships around Myanmar. Our understanding of the regional risks in Myanmar is highly evolved and constantly monitored by our political and security risk analysis section.

Our Team: Our guards are trained and mentored by a full-time international training team, including experienced international ex-army personnel and ex-Gurkhas of the Singapore police. Our operational team is made up of Gurkha veterans from the British and Indian armies and the Singapore Police Force, local experts and other international security specialists.
Promoting Gender Equality: Our diversity-led recruitment and mentoring programmes seek to create a working environment that promotes and empowers Myanmar women and have become a model across the security sector in Myanmar. Our deputy head of operations came through this programme.
